It has an internal surface of about 1650 sqm and an external surface of about 70000 sqm. The historic residence, surrounded by tall cypress trees, overlooks vineyards and olive groves that recall the backgrounds and landscapes of Tuscan Renaissance paintings. Tuscany's most famous and beautiful cities such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca are just a short distance away and are ideal destinations for beautiful excursions, immersed in the art history, flavours and scents of one of the most famous regions in the world. The attention to detail, the historical references, the location with its landscapes, allow this splendid property to be ranked among the best structures in the province and to benefit from foreign tourism, which is increasingly oriented towards green solutions for its holidays. The rooms are not identified by numbers but by stories, as they are named after the family member who lived there. The interior decoration dates back to the early 19th century with beautiful frescoes in the rooms and painted doors. The access rooms and the shed are frescoed with grotesques from the Renaissance period. The Renaissance loggia and the elegant stone framing of the windows and doors, on the other hand, date back to the 16th century; the loggia is somewhat the heart of the villa, the ideal place especially on hot summer days. Inside, the villa houses communal spaces, silent and bright places ideal for resting or reading. In addition to the numerous lounges scattered around the house, in the centre is the large frescoed hall where originally there was the orciaia, the place where freshly pressed oil was stored. Today there is a beautiful bedroom with windows overlooking the inner courtyard.
