Tuscany Chianti The area in which the complex is located is an area of particular value as it is in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, only 23 km from Florence and 45 from Siena and a few minutes from Greve in Chianti. The property is located on the top of a hill in a dominant position and is surrounded by private agricultural land of about 10 hectares, with Chianti Classico DOCG vineyard, 250 olive trees and fruit trees. The main building, currently in the 'rough' state, is on several floors which is accessed via two driveways and a pedestrian entrance. There is also an annexe in exposed stone, underground cistern to collect water for irrigation.
